Return Policy

We want you to shop at Nugget’s Bazaar with confidence.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, or for any questions, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will provide the address for you to return the tracked satchel alternately we can provide you a return shipping label at a small cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Upon receipt of the item/s, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you
will receive a credit voucher for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to your provided email address. We endeavour to process these as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive email notification of the status of your return once finalised.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Nugget’s Bazaar is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method, with signature, and taking note of your tracking number.

This refund policy does not remove your rights under the Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Postage is one of those things. If your order is shipped, we have paid the postage. In the case of Non-faulty item returns, the return post is at buyers expense and original post is not refunded. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
